One for All Rewards Program

It’s the small things that make a big difference!

At Credit Union 1 we don’t just encourage healthy spending and saving, we reward you for it. With our One for All Rewards Program you earn points for your spending, savings, certificates and loan services so you have an extra incentive for wise financial decisions. As points are earned, they can be redeemed for a variety of valuable rewards such as a loan interest rate discount, certificate premiums, charitable donations, cash rebates and more. Our Rewards program is simple and straightforward, and you are already enrolled as soon as you become a member at CU1. It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of the CU1 family.

  1. The maximum points that can be earned monthly is 500 for each single certificate of deposit account and 500 for each single loan. Points are computed using the account's average daily balance, calculated by adding the balance in the account at the end of each day of the period, and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period. Credit cards, Fresh Start, pledge of share, and pledge of certificate loans do not generate monthly points.
  2. For opening new consumer and real estate loans, but excludes: credit cards, Fresh Start, Quick Cash, pledge of share and certificate loans.
  3. Receive 2,000 One for All bonus points for opting into CU1’s e-Statements. Members may only opt in once to receive the 2,000 One for All bonus points.
  4. You may use Rewards points for one loan interest rate discount on any new or used auto loan. For the life of the loan, only one discount will be awarded. Buyers who take advantage of our special financing offer for purchasing a credit union repossessed vehicle may not redeem points to further lower the rate unless they refinance the loan under normal rates.
  5. There can only be one premium per certificate term. A certificate rollover is considered a new certificate; therefore, points may be redeemed for another certificate premium.
  6. A maximum of 100,000 points may be redeemed per points transaction. Annually, a maximum of 119,800 points may be redeemed. To receive the cash rebate, redeem points in Online Access via More > One for All Rewards or by visiting a CU1 branch or calling the Member Service Center. Funds will be transferred into the account of your choice.

Earning Points

How do I earn points?

The main way to earn points is through the accounts, loans and services you use at CU1 – such as spending with your CU1 debit or credit card. The more business you do with us, the more points you’ll earn! Our Rewards Chart outlines exactly how you can earn points and what you can redeem them for.

Do my points expire?

No. As long as you are a member in good standing with Credit Union 1, you will be able to use your points, regardless of when they were earned. The more points you save, the bigger rewards!

What is the best way to manage my One for All Rewards points?

Via Online Access! By logging into your CU1 account online and choosing More > One for All Rewards, you can watch your points accumulate, request rewards and more. Alternatively, you can always manage your points by phone or at your local branch.

How do I sign up for the Rewards program?

You don't! All Credit Union 1, members are automatically enrolled.

Do I have to pay any fees to join or participate in the Rewards program?

Nope, it's 100% free.

How do I redeem points?

We recommend managing your rewards in Online Access via More > One for All Rewards. You can also redeem points by contacting our Member Service Center by phone or visiting your local branch.

If I sign up for automatic loan payments sometime after closing my new loan, can I still get the 500 bonus points added to my Rewards account balance?

No, not at this time. In order to get the automatic loan payment bonus points, you must sign up for automatic payment at the time you close your new loan.

How do I earn Rewards points with my Credit Union 1 Mastercard® credit card?

Whether you swipe, sign, insert your chip or pay online with your Credit Union 1 Mastercard, you’ll earn 1 point for every $5 spent. These points can be redeemed toward cash rebates and more!

When will I get my Rewards?

Cash rebates, discounts to existing loans or premiums on existing certificates typically take about
two business days to be reflected on your account.

Rules and the Points System

Can members be suspended from the One for All Rewards program? If so, why?

Yes. Suspensions would generally happen because an account is not in good standing with the
credit union (i.e. it may be overdrawn or delinquent). It's also possible that legal action might have
been taken against the account. If you think your Rewards have been suspended incorrectly, please
call us or visit your local branch.

What do I do if I believe a mistake has been made in my points history?

Please call the credit union or visit your local branch so we can review your account.

What happens to my points if I close my accounts?

You will lose your points, because the One for All Rewards program is only for Credit Union 1
members. Once you close all of your CU1 accounts, your points are forfeited.

NCUA Insured

Your savings are federally insured to at least $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration and backed by the full faith and credit of the United States Government.
