Saving money isn't easy -- but by depositing your funds into a certificate, you'll earn higher dividends AND be protected from the temptation of raiding your piggy bank.

When you deposit to a certificate, your funds are “locked” for a specific period of time (you get to choose how long). During this time, they earn our highest rate of return. The term of your certificate and your annual percentage yield will be determined when the certificate is opened. Terms can vary from 30 days to 5 years, and the minimum certificate deposit is $500. We offer higher rates for certificate accounts with balances over $40,000 and $100,000!

Learn more about Credit Union 1's certificate rate disclosures here.

Certificate dividends are calculated on a daily balance and are paid and compounded quarterly.
