Tired of receiving paper account statements and tossing them straight toward the trash can? Sign up for electronic statements and tax forms instead, and we’ll store and organize them for you! E-Statements are available on the first of each month, which is sooner than your regular paper statement. We’ll also email you a reminder when your e-Statement or tax form is ready in OnLine Access. By switching to e-Statements, you'll earn you 50 One for All Rewards points each month! These points can be redeemed for gift cards, a loan discount and more.
To use e-Statements, you’ll need an Internet connection, a password for Credit Union 1’s OnLine Access, and an email address. Your e-Statement will be viewed in the Adobe Reader program. If you don’t have this program, you can download it for free. If you don’t have an OnLine Access password, simply call our Member Service Center at (907) 339-9485 or 800 478-2222, or visit your local branch.
How to Sign Up: Click the e-Statement/Money Messages tab in OnLine Access. Then click the e-Statements tab and agree to the terms and conditions. On the next screen, choose where your statement notifications should go (email address(s) and mobile device(s)). That's it! You will no longer receive account statements, credit card statements, newsletters and tax forms in the mail.
Letters are communications from CU1 regarding overdraft notices, password change confirmations, certificate maturity notices and other alerts that you would normally get in the mail. By signing up for electronic Letters, you'll receive an email whenever a Letter is available for viewing in OnLine Access (OA). Inside OA, your Letters will be stored with your e-Statements. Don't wait for paper mail, when you can get all your account information in a jiffy online!
